PRICES: Prices displayed on this web site are our current prices and they cancel and supersede previous price offerings. Prices quoted are for a full tray of plants based on the number of plants in each tray and include royalties where noted. All transactions are quoted in United States Dollars, F.O.B. Altha, Florida, USA. Documentation, boxing, shipping charges, taxes and fees are extra charges added to the plant cost as needed. Pricing, documentation charges, handling charges, specifications, availability and terms of offer are subject to change without notice.

TERMS:  Payment is required prior to shipment unless Net 30 day credit has been established and payment terms upheld. All payments must be in United States Dollars via wire transfer, cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), ACH (Automated Clearing House)  or check drawn on a United States bank. Credit card payments that exceed $5,000USD will be subject to a 3% surcharge. Credit accounts are subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% per year) on any outstanding balance. All checks returned by the bank for insufficient funds will have a $35.00 service fee added to the outstanding amount. MINIMUM: Except where noted in our online catalog, all orders are subject to a $100 minimum.  Less than minimum quantity orders may be accepted but are subject to a 15% surcharge.  Please call for details.

PACKING: We charge $3.00 per tray for boxing. Click here for more details.

SHIPPING: We have years of experience shipping our plants around the world and will be happy to help you select the safest and most economical shipping method for you. Our Florida customers may qualify for door to door truck delivery.  A per tray charge applies based on your Florida location. Fuel surcharges may apply.

MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES: Depending on the products you order and your location, additional documentation may be required to comply with government regulations. The most common are Phytosanitary Certificates and CITES Certificates. We will contact you in the event your shipment requires special documentation and let you know what documents are required and the costs involved.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International shipment require a $85USD charge to cover documentation required by yours and our government who are very good at requiring lots and lots of documents.  All international orders are confirmed with a proforma invoice which states a specific payment due date. Please pay careful attention to payment due dates as late payments can result in your order being canceled or delayed. Government issued Phytosanitary certificates and other documentation required for international shipments of live plants are charged at cost. Additional fees may apply for CITES permits and/or compliance with special regulatory requirements of the destination country or state. Due to the possibility of air-borne contamination occurring during transit, we accept no responsibility for quarantine rejection of Stage III plants at the destination country. LIMITED LIABILITY: IN THE EVENT THAT ANY OF OUR PLANT PRODUCTS [STOCK] IS PROVEN TO BE UNTRUE TO ITS NAME AS LABELED, HAS SLOW OR NON-PRODUCING PLANTS OR OFF-TYPES (MUTATIONS) OUR LIABILITY IS EXCLUSIVELY LIMITED TO REPLACING THE PLANT(S) FREE OF CHARGE OR REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE IN WHOLE OR PART. OGLESBY PLANTS INTERNATIONAL, INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR FOR ANY AMOUNT MORE THAN THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE FOR THE PLANT MATERIAL.  NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXTENDED.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS: Custom grown or pre-booked order changes or cancellations must be requested prior to our sow/stick date(s) or 12 weeks prior to shipping, whichever is greatest.  Late order cancellations are subject to a 75% cancellation charge. Orders prepared for shipment and not picked up as scheduled will be charged a 10% restocking fee. 

CLAIMS: We want you to be successful with our plants and we are happy to help you if you experience a quality problem. Basically, claims can be divided into two categories; plant quality (which is on us) or plant damage during delivery.  If you experience any quality problems with our product please contact your sales representative or our main office within 24 hours of delivery. Our contact information is here. Pictures are required when filing a claim. For damage during delivery, note any obvious damage to the boxes and/or the contents on the shipping documents. Most carriers will only honor claims noted on shipping documents. Since we have no control of the product once it leaves our hands, we are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping or due to delays. We will be happy to assist you in filing your claim with the carrier where we can.

DISCOUNTS:  Discounts are available for volume purchases and/or standing orders. Please inquire. All discounts are directly linked to payment terms and are valid only when payments are received by the due date(s). No discounts will be allowed if payments are made after the due date.

About our plant descriptions...
While every effort has been made to describe our plants accurately, please keep in mind that the height, overall size, grow times, bloom times, flower and foliage color may differ in various climates or cultural conditions. The descriptions of our plants are written based on our experience growing them in northern Florida, USA (USDA hardiness zone 8a/b) as well as observations made at various growers facilities. In many cases we include a range of pot or container size recommendations based on container sizes commonly used in the United States. These recommendations can easily be converted to your local container standards.

About our color descriptions...
In the plant world, flower and foliage color is part of our everyday conversation. When writing our color descriptions, we have a lot of discussion about what color that color is versus that other color. So, the pictured plant and our description of the flower or foliage color lies somewhere between the actual color, our interpretation of the color, our opinion of the color, your opinion of the color and the real color these wonderful plants present. All we can tell you for sure is that these plants help bring wonderful color into your life. Exactly what color that is, is truly in the eye of the beholder.

Inventory and Availability
We make every effort to keep each products inventory that is displayed on our web store as accurate as possible. Simply put, when you order online we want you to experience "Instant Gratification" or at least as close as possible. But, alas we are not perfect! Sometimes the plants don't cooperate, sometimes we just drop the ball. Either way, if there is a problem with quickly delivering your selected product(s) we will let you know and give you as many options as possible.
