Payment Options

For your convenience, Oglesby Plants International offers a variety of payment options: Check, Credit Card, ACH (electronic check), Wire Transfers and yes, even Cash.  On this page you will find important payment information, a link to our Payment Portal as well as forms you can download for both Credit Card and ACH transactions. Customers purchasing directly from the internet will be given payment options at check out.  If you are interested in applying for a net 30 day credit account, please see the information at the bottom of this document.

Checks by Mail

Checks, made out in United States dollars and drawn on a United States bank should be mailed to:

Please make sure your company name is on the check and indicate the invoice(s) you are paying.  Please allow adequate transit time to ensure your payment is received within your terms.

Wire Transfers

Payments in U.S. Dollars can be wired directly to our bank. Customers can contact us at info@oglesbytc.com or 800.762.0022 and request our wire transfer information.

ACH (Electronic Checks)

ACH payments, sometimes known as electronic checks are a convenient and safe payment method. Electronic payments are received quickly and reliably and many consider e-checks, the most secure payment method available today.   

Credit Card Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express payments for invoices or prepayments. Credit Card payments that exceed $5,000 will be subject to a 3% surcharge.

Secure Payment Portal

Both Credit Card and ACH payments can be made using our convenient and secure Payment Portal. You can make your payment anytime 24/7 by clicking here.

Of course you can make your Credit Card or ACH payments by telephone or by filling out the appropriate form(s) (see below), and faxing to our accounting office at 850.762.4552. The form(s) can also be emailed to pats@oglesbytc.com.  We offer two different Credit Card and ACH forms; one for a onetime authorization and one to authorize us to keep your information on file for current and future payments. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view, fill and print the forms.

Net 30 day credit accounts are available to customers with excellent credit and who purchase large quantities of plants frequently. If you are interested in applying for a 30 day credit account, you can download our credit application here. Your credit application should include credit references within the horticulture industry especially companies you currently purchase young plants from.  Email the completed and signed credit application to our Sales Manager, Ginger Goff ginger@oglesbytc.com.  Please allow 2 to 4 weeks to process your application.
