PRICES: This price list cancels and supersedes previous price lists or offerings. Prices are quoted on a per plant and a full tray basis in United States Dollars, F.O.B. Altha, Florida, USA and include royalties unless otherwise stated. Documentation, boxing, shipping charges, taxes and fees are extra. Pricing, documentation charges, handling charges, specifications, availability and terms of offer are subject to change without notice.

TERMS: Payment is required prior to shipment unless Net 30 day credit has been established and payment terms upheld. All payments must be in United States Dollars via wire transfer, cash, credit card (Visa or Mastercard), or check drawn on a United States bank. Credit accounts are subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month (18% per year) on any outstanding balance. All checks returned by the bank for insufficient funds will have a $35.00 service fee added to the outstanding amount. We reserve the right to change credit terms and or cancel pre-booked orders on past due accounts.

MINIMUM: Except where noted in our on line catalog, all orders are subject to a $100 minimum.  Less than minimum quantity orders may be accepted but are subject to a 15% surcharge.

PACKING: We charge $2.10 per tray for boxing.  Click here for more details.

SHIPPING: We have years of experience shipping our plants around the world and will be happy to help you select the safest and most economical shipping method for you. Our Florida customers may qualify for door to door truck delivery.  A per tray charge applies based on your Florida location. Fuel surcharges may apply.

MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES: Depending on the products you order and/or your location, additional documentation may be required to comply with government regulations. The most common are Phytosanitary Certificates and CITES Certificates.  As an example, live plant shipments to Arizona require a State Phytosanitary Certificate which is an additional $61.00 charge. We will contact you in the event your shipment requires special documentation and let you know what documents are required and the costs involved.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International shipments require a charge of $75USD to cover additional documentation.  Our government and yours are very good at requiring demanding lots and lots of documents. An international order is confirmed with a proforma invoice which states a specific payment due date. Please pay careful attention to payment due dates as late payments can result in your order being canceled or delayed. Goverment issued Phytosanitary certificates and other documentation required for international shipments of live plants are $75.00USD to $120.00USD per shipment depending on the declared value. Additional fees may apply for CITES permits and/or compliance with special regulatory requirements of the destination country or state. Due to the possibility of air-borne contamination occurring during transit, we accept no responsibility for quarantine rejection of Stage III plants at the destination country. PRODUCT LIABILITY: To the extent of the purchase price we warrant that the plants are as invoiced. No other warranty either expressed or implied including warranties of saleability or fitness for a particular purpose is extended. All orders are accepted on the terms and conditions stated on our standard invoices and/or order confirmations. Copies are available by written request.

CANCELLATION CLAUSE: We work hard to plan, prepare and plant specifically for your order. Please allow a minimum of twelve weeks prior to your ship date for cancellations. Orders prepared for shipment and not picked up will be charged 3% restocking fee.

CLAIMS: If you experience any quality problems with our product please contact your sales representative or our main office within 24 hours of delivery. Pictures may be required when filing a claim. Since we have no control of the product once it leaves our hands, we are not responsible for damage incurred during shipping or due to delays. Please immediately inspect and note on the shipping documents any damage incurred. Most carriers will only honor claims noted on shipping documents.

DISCOUNTS: Discounts are offered for volume purchases and/or standing orders. Please inquire. All discounts are directly linked to payment terms and are valid only when payments are received by the due date(s). No discounts will be allowed if payments are made after the due date.
