Customer Payment Options

Payment Options

For your convenience, Oglesby Plants International offers our customers a variety of payment options: Check, Credit Card, ACH (electronic check) and Wire Transfers.  On this page you will find important payment information as well as forms you can download for both Credit Card and ACH transactions.  Customers purchasing directly from the internet will be given payment options at check out.  If you are interested in applying for a net 30 day credit account, please see the information at the bottom of this document.

Checks by Mail:  Checks, made out in United States dollars and drawn on a United States bank should be mailed to:

Please make sure your company name is on the check and indicate the invoice(s) you are paying.  Please allow adequate transit time to ensure your payment is received within your terms.

Wire Transfers: Payments in U.S. Dollars can be wired directly to our bank. Customers can contact us at info@oglesbytc.com or 800.762.3296 and request our wire transfer information.

ACH (Automated Clearing House): ACH payments, sometimes known as electronic checks are a convenient and safe payment method. Electronic payments are received quickly and reliably and many consider e-checks, the electronic representation of a paper check, the most secure payment instrument available today.  Simply fill out the form and Fax to 850.762.4552 or email to pats@oglesbytc.com in our accounting office.  We offer two different ACH forms; one for a onetime ACH authorization and one to authorize us to keep your authorization information on file for current and future payments.  Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view, fill and print the forms.

Credit Card Payments: We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express payments for invoices or prepayments under $5,000.  If your invoice or prepayment exceeds $5,000 please use one of the payment methods listed above. 

Simply fill out the below form, print and Fax to our accounting office at 850.762.4552. The form can also be emailed to pats@oglesbytc.com.  We offer two different Credit Card forms; one for a onetime credit card authorization and one to authorize us to keep your credit card information on file for current and future payments.
